Kidnapping Plot
Good Day Sphere!
Based on your feedback, the Attack on Medical will be starting this Friday, September 9th, ICly dated to the evening Friday, September 23rd. This entry is for providing more details and giving you another place to plot, should you so chose.

During the event, kidnapped characters will be able to journal up to the point where they are physically removed from Wellspring, after which their journals will be left behind in a heap somewhere around the island. The rest of the characters have no restrictions. Remember, this will be forward dated so your panicked journal entries will have to either reflect the forward dating...or you can wait till September 23rd to post.
ICly, the characters will be held by Orca and his minions for three days before a successful rescue can be attempted. We are open to unsuccessful rescue attempts, however we would like to wait to see how this current log shapes up before we start planning the next log. That rescue log is most likely going to be forward dated as well.
A quick note about deaths. In accordance with our death policy, deaths during large scale mod sponsored events are exempt from death penalties (IE the punishment and the new birth dream). If you would like to kill your character, please let us know via the plotting post.
Monster Attacks and You!
Because we wanted this log to be as open and interesting to as many people as possible, we have decided to let the players chose the type of monsters that their characters will be facing. Below you'll find a short list of potential monsters that were recommended either in the previous plot post or in KK's plurk. We are still taking suggestions for non sentient, mindless monsters and you can leave a comment below. However we do ask that you please run the monsters by us and allow us to post them. This is so moderation can make sure the monster is non sentient (a must!) and compatible with Edensphere's concepts. We also ask that people keep in mind IC consequences during this event--filling the sphere with 10,000 monsters sounds epic but is guaranteed to end in a bad way for everyone involved. These monsters will NOT disappear when the event is "over". These monsters are here until your characters destroy/imprison them.
On a related note, Lezard will be leading a defense outside of the Medical building against the monster attack.
