So. Uh. It's been brought to my attention that I am probably Doing It Wrong with this guy and his scheming and plotting which I do not properly share OOC. Thus in the great Edensphere spirit of cooperation and mass shenanigans (and not failing at playing a character who is much smarter than I am): Let's talk Strategy XD.

So thanks to borderline obsessive meta collecting, Huo now theorizes that something very bad is about to happen to the Sphere at large (he doesn't know about endgame, of course, but he's thinking of something like the great fire). He also theorizes that this is not accidental but happening as a direct result of the actions of those dicks who write in rainbows, and possibly also due to the actions of meta-poking by the general populace. And he is not happy about this because he likes the Sphere just fine and also his BFF Hawk is dead in canon bawwww.
So he has two pretty clear goals and they are: one, to get people at large to be conscientious about their meta activities (don't break the Sphere!) and two, to bring down the rainbow writers. And, uh, this is where I get mildly stuck. I know that he knows he can get dirt on the rainbow writers via their involvement the deaths of Koi and Grift (which he's very interested in also because of the earthquake); I know that he has a vague plan to play on the conflict between the rainbow people and the Exile; and he wants to turn the rest of the Sphere as firmly as he can against the rainbow dickery, even more than they are now.
Now, he probably knows how to do all of this. He is a legendary strategist. His mun, unfortunately, has more like... bumbled around so far doing more harm than good X_X. So this is me calling people who want to plot some meta, don't mind having their characters mildly screwed with (because he is a plotty dick IC) and generally have bright ideas OOC that their characters wouldn't think of IC.
