It's mid afternoon; Target has been in the office all day and after finishing off her cataloguing of the most recent wilderness reports, she has decided to take time out to enjoy the ambience of the tea house before returning to the filing.
Along with... half the Sphere, it would seem.
She sits at her table with Black Hayate curled up at her feet, nursing a cup of fragrant Earl Grey and quietly people watching from her secluded spot in the corner. It's pretty interesting, and pleasant, to just stop and watch the world pass by. Hayate yawns, and she surreptitiously drops a biscuit for him to enjoy. She doesn't usually spoil him like this, but today she's feeling indulgent.
