Krile slid off Havoc's back with a smile. It might be a rainy day, but late May meant it was quite warm enough to fly without worrying about catching cold, so long as she didn't wander around for hours in wet clothes. There was a whoomph and a sudden gust of wind as Havoc took to the air again, soaring upwards into the tree branches to find something for lunch.
And thinking of that... Krile hadn't made a lunch for herself today, with her plans of flying, but she'd brought money to buy something at the Bazaar before going to the shop. Maybe something with french fries--even if it was only something small, she could use it to cheer her up a bit with Hawk trapped in the elevator and the uneasy feeling she'd had about the Sphere of late. She did need to--
--She stopped with her foot in mid-air, just about to step on the rope bridge. With a sudden intake of breath she whirled around, surprised to find herself on the ground. On the ground in midair. And raining too, decidedly not inside that castle or out among the stars. Or in--in that first place, with that blue-armored devil...
...Nobody else, either. "Hello?" she called, cupping her hands around her mouth. But there was no sign of the brown-haired man or the women with green eyes. If they were around, it wasn't here. Grandpa wasn't, either. She swallowed, feeling a sudden desire to see him again. Whatever was going on, he could explain, right?
But no. She was here, alone, in strange clothing and with no earthly idea who she was or what had happened. "I sure won't find out by standing here," she said to herself, keeping her voice steady with an effort, and stepped onto the bridge.
