Characters: Tian (dragonking) & Paladin (mythgravenblade)
Date/Time: Monday, January 3rd (Evening)
Location: Smoke's Bar
Rating: G
Summary: Tian takes his auction prize eye-candy to dinner.

------

It was a pity that he had lost the bid on Rauxes due to his low funds, (damn inability to cook!) but the plus side to it was that he could now treat Paladin to something classier than simple market food. The dragon had done his best to look up different human courting rules, but they were all quite confusing... and he was not really looking for a lover, just nice company. His main reason for bidding on his prize was terrible shallow; he had thought that Paladin was beautiful. Pretty enough to please the dragon's sense of aesthetics and pique his curiosity, even. So perhaps a dinner and a nice walk would be acceptable in return for seeing the man in person. He would have to play it by ear.

He arrived at the bar around six, and his arrogant side expected Paladin to be there even if he had not even given the poor man a better explanation than 'dinnertime'. His silver hair had been pushed back from his face by a blood-red headband with a silver trim, and for once Tian had left it loose rather than braided, his hair wavy from always being tied up. A loose curl had wrapped around one of his horns when he finally arrived, but he let this insult to perfection be in favor of scouting the bar with his saurian eyes. Wearing all white with just a splash of red in headband and belt, he really stuck out like a sore thumb wherever he went - scales and horns aside.
