Summary: Simon goes about his day. Why not come and say hello?
Here are the places he's most likely to be: at his house in Section 3/the residential area in the morning and after work, at the clinic during the daytime, and at the Bazaar during lunch, though he can also be found talking a walk in the Park or something. I am flexible! The only place he WOULDN'T be found is in the Wilderness, as he has no real interest in it.

It was another typical day in Edensphere for Simon.
The signs of the Hurricane were still all around them, but the Sphere was well on its way to recovery.
After waking and having breakfast, he proudly donned the pink-lensed sunglasses Qi had chosen for him and set off to the clinic for his shift, feeling in a very cheerful mood, doubly so because he had been mericifully uneffected by any outfit changes.
