Summary: Cookie is up to no good, again, and has decided to loot the ice cream truck that's been lurking around the islands. (he's gonna try multiple times, so give a date/time and place and cookie'll probably be there)

That jingle was becoming irritated. He heard it in the marketplace. He heard it while looting the yard sale. He even heard it while making "repairs" as the seemingly ordinary maitenance guy. Cookie had enough. It was time to put an end to this jingle and his sole minion was being a failure once again and not showing up. Maybe he really would dig the guy's liver out with a silver spoon, but the creature was beneath him, not worthy of said silver spoon. Though a rusty one was acceptable.
But anyway, that wasn't the point. The jingle had to go. That irritating creation of the captive fishbowl had to be stopped. Lurking among the shadows, Cookie spotted the source of that monstrosity, a giant truck filled with ice cream. And so he did what any evil Koopa would do: he tried to loot it.
