Summary: Moon lets Apple know that his 'brother' is really gone this time.

It had been two days now since Meatbun had disappeared. Moon couldn't withold the information from Apple any longer. The morning after Meatbun had failed to come home, Moon had gone into the room the two boys shared, looking at the toys spread out on the messy bed. Underneath one of the pillows, Moon saw what he feared most.
Meatbun's journal was sticking out from under the pillow. And as Moon examined it, comparing it to his own, he realized that Meatbun's was no longer working. In Edensphere, that only meant one thing.
The following morning, Moon went to look at the journal again (it was hard to miss, covered in doodles and the child's near-illegible scrawl) only to find it missing altogether. That meant there was no hoping he would come back.
He sat in the kitchen for a while, knowing Apple was due to wake up any minute now, and dreading the conversation he was going to be forced to have.
