Over the past few days though, she'd noticed random strange structures popping up where she didn't remember anything being before. Like the tower here.
Yachiru paused, looking up to see if there was any reason why there was a tower here, but if anyone was inside it. A quick glance showed there was no door, but a window could be seen although it was up pretty high. She hoped nobody was in there, but if so she wondered how they'd get out. She'd just jump, but then again she was pretty light and figured she could probably float if she tried hard enough. Maybe. Hopefully.
Cupping her hands around her mouth, Yachiru shouted up into the air. "Hello, tower! Are you holding a person inside you, and if not where's your door?"
She figured it was a good question, who the Hell designed a building without a way to get inside it. Honestly, that was one of the stupidest things she had ever seen, and she kicked the building to show her frustration. She paced back and forth, waiting for an answer and hoping not to get one. Still, if someone was in there they might want food or something, and she was bored anyway.

He looked down to see a small, pink person pacing back and forth at the bottom of the tower. It was impossible to see who it was at this distance... though he couldn't help thinking of the little pink-haired girl he'd met in Disneyland. He shouted down to the person, "Hello! I'm up here, but I don't think there is a door."
Maybe this person would be able to help him out, like Cara had yesterday.

She smiled, waving up at the person. "I ran all around the tower, there's nothing! How'd you get up there if there's no door?" She figured she'd start with the logical question. "I'll see if I can find some way to let you out, do you got a ladder or something up there?"
She'd try climbing up the side of the tower, but it looked pretty steep.

He eyed the coil of braided white hair for a moment, then stuck his head out the window again. Yes, it might just be long enough to reach the bottom, and his rescuer seemed pretty small... maybe she was light enough to climb up his hair without hurting him too much.
"Hey, do you have a knife? And can you climb a rope?" He started gathering up the coils of hair as he waited for her answer, preparing to throw it out the window.

"I got a knife, yeah, and I'm awesome at climbing! Why, do you got a rope or something up there?" If he did have a rope he should have used it to get down, but maybe the rope was attached to something which is why he needed the knife.
"Want me to try climbing the tower, I was thinking about it but the bricks look real smooth!" That wasn't enough to stop her though.

"There! Use that to climb up!" Hopefully this would work. He didn't want to be stuck here long.

"Okee, heading up now!" She climbed quickly, aware from the urgency in Cloud's voice that he seriously wanted out of there.

When she finally got to the top Yachiru would see Cloud, left eye firmly closed, standing near the window.

"So, now that I'm up here do you got any snacks?" She grinned, joking as she carefully pulled out her knife. "Are we cutting the hair off so we can both climb down?"

He was going to have to ignore the complaints his ribs were going to make. There was no other way to get down, so he would just have to grit his teeth and bear the pain.

"I hope you don't wreck your pretty dress climbing though, those are some nice shoes!" She had a pair like that once, she was pretty sure of it.

He hid a slight smile at her confident statement about catching him, as he carefully tied the hair securely around one of the bedposts. He had no clue that she was actually telling the absolute truth; it just sounded like childish bragging to him.
Straightening up again, he smoothed a wrinkle in the obi and walked back to the window. "Nnn... I'm not too worried about ruining the dress. I don't usually wear things like this, you know." He glanced down at his shoes, considering them for a second. "...you can have them, if you want." Whether she could fit in them was another story, but he wasn't really interested in wearing them ever again.
