DYNAMIC RE-ENTRY OF YOUTH
Characters: Derrick bloody_pens, Youth spandexisyouth and Book books_and_toads
Date/Time: Forward-dated slightly to June 14th, morning
Location: The Hall of Beginnings
Rating: PG-13 for the usual birthday nudity and possible innuendo from the Pervy-Sennin
Summary: Youth is re-born into Edensphere, this time with a brother! And someone is there to greet them.

Derrick's bleary eyes gazed unhappily around the Hall of Beginnings as he arrived for his daily shift. It was Monday, he was tired, he had a massive case of the Mondays, he was sleepy, and did he mention it was Monday and it was too damn early to be up? Because it totally was.
Every day that ticked by, he reminded himself cynically, it became less and less possible that Youth would come back. In his experience, people who died or disappeared were usually back within a few days... but this had been more than a week.
Did he really have a chance? Would today perhaps be the day he saw his friend's smiling face again, or would he keep coming back to wait, and wait, and wait, to be disappointed again and again until he eventually began to stop expecting it and accepted the truth...?
Settling in a chair with a massive mug of coffee, a packet containing some of Youth's clothing and a green towel especially for him (courtesy of a mysterious benefactor whose identity was unknown to Derrick, but he could narrow it down to two possibilities, one guy whose name started with B and another whose name began with L) at his side, Derrick settled in to wait-
-and nearly spilled his mug when a cocoon began to stir. He got to his feet, reaching for a normal newborn packet... when a second began to rustle. Twins. Hoo boy.
Just in case they were two total newbies, Derrick put Youth's packet under one arm and took two regular ones, getting up to wait.
