------
Lea supposed that, all things considered, that could have gone a lot worse. He could have been trapped in that elevator for a whole month. He could have not been able to use his journal. He could have been thrown into that cold, rainy city with empty buildings and shadow monsters again. He could have...not had delicious apple chips. Anger Management Boy was someone he didn't particularly care to chat with again, but Cloud seemed like an interesting fellow, and even Boss had been good for a few laughs while they were all forced to bear each other's company, and so taking all of this into consideration, Lea decided that this Evil Elevator Experience (henceforth known as a Triple E--not to be confused with Tripoli, which he was pretty sure was a place, but he couldn't really be certain of most things these days) had been infinitely less awful and lame than the last one.

But boy was it good to be out of there.

While the memory hadn't been quite so jarring as the one where he'd killed the man with the yellow hair, nor so heavy as the one where Sora had walked away, it had certainly given him a lot to think about. Who was that girl, with the auburn hair... Kairi. She was a princess? Why had he kidnapped her? To take her to see Sora, but why? And what had that blue-haired man with the scar meant when he'd called them 'nobodies'? What did he mean when he'd said they couldn't feel friendship? Lea wasn't sure about a lot of things around here, but he was pretty damn sure he knew what it felt like to have friends. Kagerou, Rosalind, Toushi, Dash...Smoke...they were his friends.

Well, what the hell did a guy with blue hair know anyway?

After quickly scribbling a note that he'd been released from his hallucinogenic prison, Lea had quickly turned the nearest corner and waved one hand to summon a portal. He wasn't about to do it in plain sight, just in case the Sphere decided to screw with him and make him walk into a wall again. When the portal whorled into the air before him, he hesitated a moment, then stuck one arm in experimentally. Well, it didn't stick out the other side so far as he could tell, so he took a deep breath, and stepped through the portal.

It seemed they just didn't get reception in the elevator, thank goodness.

Conjuring an image of the apartment, he closed his eyes a moment, then stepped forward, making another waving motion with his hand to summon the other end of the portal. He only hoped the apartment would be there when he stepped through and not...something else. The Sphere was tricksy like that. Opening one eye and then the other, he breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that he had, in fact, portaled into the living room. There was the sofa, and the little kitchen... Oh goodness, there really was no place quite like home.

Lifting a hand to his mouth, he called, "Honey, I'm home~" and then waited. Couldn't feel friendship indeed. Clearly scarface was just jealous that there was no one to welcome him when he came home.
