"So did you get your bus sign here?"

"I didn't get it," he shrugged, leaning back and placing a leg over the other as he sat back. "Scavenger found it and I bought it off 'im. Cheaper than a real axe, works just as well." He let out a short snort of a laugh. "One of the guys with numbers for a name. Gene-1, I think." he gestured over the rusted scraps and stuff.
"Can find most anything, though."

And she did want to see him--she couldn't help but feel guilty about what had happened, even though she knew that there was no way she could have known he was going to shoot himself. Although it seemed he hadn't actually meant to... or something... anyway. It was easy to find the fire, so Cara made her way over, holding her long coat tightly around herself. "Hi there!" she said--there was someone she didn't recognize too, probably Castor's friend from the journal. Digging into one of her pockets, she brought out a small paper bag. "I brought some oatmeal cookies."

He poked his head out of his blanket to see who had spoke, she seemed to be speaking to Castor so he kept to himself. Perhaps this was the Cara girl he was talking about. It was kind of hard to see her as something of a weapons expert. Though, he was in a big frozen tree, he had to keep reminding himself that, anything was entirely plausible at this point.

He had been tossing what looked like a broken bokken into the fire, causing it to flare up again. He didn't recognize the guy-- one of the scavenger's maybe? Or some random person who thought coming down here at night seemed like a good idea. Didn't matter. "Hey," The greeting was little more than a gruff acknowledgment, but not really antagonistic.
"Don't think I know you."

"Cloud," he said by way of introductions. The guy might know him from his entry, but just in case he added, "I'm... new here, I don't know many people yet." He offered a slight smile to the dark-haired man tending the fire, hoping that would be enough of a hint for the man to give Cloud his name.

And they were actually damn good cookies. He'd have to talk to Cara sometime and get the recipe for them. "You're Pollux's brother, right?" He absently shoved hisbangs from his face as he glanced up to Cloud. They even looked alike. Sort of. They had white hair. But then again, how many people had white hair?
..other than Zombie. And that guy at the tea shop. And old people like Lost. And that freaky New Guy at the-- Okay, maybe it was nothing special. But whatever.
