But, Trigger wasn't one to rescue so directly. If the one approaching wanted to be saved, he'd get directions and a cold shoulder, otherwise. His objective was to watch and eliminate threats on a whole. Somehow, he felt a stranger would be nothing but irritation. Drawing the string of the bow, he released a single shot through the air after adding a small piece of paper to the shaft of the arrow.
At the very least, he wouldn't let the traveler die due to approaching hunting camps. From what he could see--those Orcs didn't care much for what--or who they ate. The arrow stabbed straight into a boulder by Fugue. The note wavered in the air, tucked against the shaft of the arrow loosely. It read Watch the hills and keep moving in that direction.

Are we going to meet there? he wondered quietly, panting as he moved. He looked back again and nearly panicked when he saw the monsters approaching. Though he was tired, he forced himself to move faster thinking about how he didn't want to die and that he'd greatly reward this stranger should he make it out alive.
Granted, he wasn't entirely sure what kind of reward to give--if it was money, Fugue had plenty of it. But if there was anything else... oh, he'd think of something later.

But, if he were to escort Fugue to the elevator--he'd likely be using less difficult ones. For a few hours, maybe, he could relax the arm he was putting all of his stress into. "He looks disheveled, at least." Trigger mused, scanning the horizon for another hunter party. The one that was approaching Fugue--he cursed it and began moving. Sniping was out of the question. Intercepting him would have been the smarter option.
