Yes, she was very sure.
So he had, walking on as if in a dream. Even if the layout of the City Without Walls hadn't changed, he might have been lost still. Cumulative exhaustion hung on him like a monkey on his back--he was tired in every way possible--it made him think oddly, in comfortable circles about nothing at all.
At the elevator, he almost punched the button for Section Three before it occurred to him that his house might not be--in fact, probably was not--livable. He hesitated--even if it wasn't, he needed to confirm it--but then hit the button for temporary, where he knew there were beds available. It might have been foolish and a bit cowardly, but he couldn't deal with a destroyed house right now. Just...he could not.
Someone at the temporary housing caught sight of and evidently took pity on the man in a haze; he found himself holding a blanket and being led to a room and there was an open bed in it...Not even caring that it was still early evening, nor noticing if he had any roommates, he sunk right into the bed and was asleep in moments.
[ooc: feel free to be a roommate, wait for him to wake up, wake him up yourself, or watch him sleep like a sparklepire creeper, or whatever. FUNTIEMS~]
