I'm glad to say that we've met

Summary: Range and Gundam meet for the first time since Gundam's return. Cue awkward brother time.

Range was starting to get the feeling that he was missing the point of social interaction. The last time someone had been over was when Bastet visited, and that hadn’t been so much of a visit as it had been an awkward stare-down and a draining conversation for the both of them. At least it had gotten easier after that; they’d been seeing each other on and off since then, and most of the tension had long since faded away.
He flipped through the journal, absently rubbing over the slightly worn cover as he caught up with the events of the past few days. He’d been good about keeping up until the past week-now he could barely focus on the words in front of him, let alone the details. Ten minutes on one page had finally gotten him more news on the demonic mistletoe; he chuckled in spite of his mood, remembering that he’d have to try harder to avoid getting caught in the future. Every so often he’d flip back to the newest page, where his writing was, scribbling responses and waiting for Gundam.
Thinking about Gundam reminded him of his social interaction problem all over again, and then some. Gene, Aurora, and then-
“Figures it had to be in a public place,” he muttered. The feelings he’d had-the hints of memories that came with those-lingered even now, making him restless. If he hadn’t been waiting on Gundam, he might’ve left the house and escaped elsewhere by now.
