Vanilla hadn't been waiting that long. She was simply at a cornertable, a blank and almost lonesome appearance about her. The oil painting that lommed over the table held her attention. Once Aurora called her name she shifted, bright pink eyes gazing at him. For someone so young she had a firm and mature air about her. "Here."

She waved slightly curiosity lightening her features.

Aurora acknowledged her a slight nod before heading towards their table, mindful of the mannequins position as if gesturing in conversation. His eyes darted up to take an uninterested look at the painting before dismissing it, taking a seat across from her.

"I am assuming we will need to serve ourselves." Aurora stated with a weary undertone to his otherwise strong and assertive voice.

"Yes." She nodded back to her blank gaze. "You look tired, I'll get it." She got up and found it surprisingly easy to move silently. "What would you like?"

"Do I? It was a long trip." He hadn't realized he had allowed the tiredness into his voice, but it mattered little to him; it was what he was feeling at the time, so shouldn't he express it?

Aurora settled into his chair, which for a normal person would look rather uncomfortable and stiff, but the straight back and perfect posture came naturally to him. "I would appreciate that. Anything that is not too strong; I trust your taste in this matter."

Eve simply nodded and slid behind the counter. She quickly made some green tea, it was light and slightly sweet. She thought Aurora might like it. Once she was finished boiling water and making the brew she brought over a silver platter with all the accesories that come with tea. She set it down lightly and slid it back into her chair. "Green tea."

Aurora patiently waited for her to finish the tea, just enjoying having a moment to sit and relax in a quiet atmosphere. The paintings and decor failed to interest him, and though he appeared to be staring intently at nothing, he didn't feel bored or restless.

"I am unsure if I have had green tea before." He responded, before taking the pot and pouring a cup for Vanilla and then himself. It smelled acceptable, and he watched the curling steam as it cooled to a drinkable temperature.

Vanilla nodded and thanked him softly. She gazed at the cup looking thoughtful. "...It's good, I think you'll like it." Everything seemed so calm accept for those puppets. Those things made her feel unsettled.

When the tea had reached an adequate temperature, he took a sip, finding the taste surprising and yet pleasant. It was unfamiliar and failed to trigger any sort of vague deja vu, and he wondered why the person he'd been hadn't thought to try it sooner. "It was a good choice. The taste is enjoyable."

She smiled at him lightly and cocked her head to the side. "Why don't you ever smile Aurora?" Vanilla believed he'd look much more warm if he smiled. He seemed so serious and tense, maybe he needed a break from his job. Although this excursion was some what of a break.

The question took him by surprise, and Aurora frowned slightly in confusion. "I do not feel the need to smile, and so I don't. Why does it matter?" He took another sip of his tea as he waited for her response.

"You'd look warmer." Vanilla's gaze was back to being blank and expressionless. "Less cold." She took another sip of tea and sat quietly.
