Summary: First day on the job Cross gets to greet someone.

It was cold in the hall but Cross didn't mind it. He glanced around the hall and sipped his chai tea slowly. Taking up the role of a guide was a decision he felt was a good idea. Not only would their bills be lighter but he'd have a chance to talk to everyone new. It was a win win all around.
He shifted on his feet and settled down on the floor. He could pass the time by exercising and keeping an eye on the journals. It was that needed break- One of the cocoons wriggled and he set his tea on the arm of the chair he'd lugged in to collect the kit. His first day and already a new comer. Well if they wanted some tea he had a whole thermos of it.
