(
I am playing the game, the one that will take me to my end. )
He stood out with his white blindfold, though Night was sure that there was one other person he'd noted who covered one of his eyes as well as most of his face for some unknown reason. Well, Night wasn't going to question it. Part of him wondered how the other could find things in the junk yard, but given some thought, the other could probably still feel things, right? So they wouldn't have any real problems with it.
"Hey! You must be Kite!" He waved, though it was mostly out of habit more than anything else. "Ready to head on down, right?"

"Ohh hey, You must be Night then." he said as he waved back to him. At that moment he saw a stray bottle flying behind Nights head, and thought to himself that this would be the next best thing next to shooting Night.
He took his laser handgun out of his holster, then aimed and fired at the bottle behind Night. The pink beam flew over Nights head and hit the bottle, but as the bottle started its crashing decent it veered slightly hitting Night in the back.
he looked a little shocked.. "Uhh.. sorry about that...."

With that, he knelt and picked up the bottle before handing it to his new companion. "Never know what you'll find inside--earlier, I got some interesting things from these bottles. You should try your luck, too."
Then he moved to the elevator and pressed the button to call it up. It could take a while sometimes, but once it arrived, the doors opened after a light *PING!* sound.

"Wow thats.. interesting. did you get stuff like this too in the bottles you got?" he asked Night.
DING, the sound from the elevator indicating that its here. The doors opened and he stepped inside.
"It's not much to go on, it sounds to me as if it suggests wartime... hmm If I was in a war. Why do I not feel right when I use this pistol?" he whispered to himself so that Night could barely hear it.

He walked on into the elevator, pushing the button for the fifth and bottom floor, known as the Scavengers' Yard. All too many times before had he gone down there in search of one thing or another--finding things that others thought they might want or need or just... felt some sort of strange attachment to.
As much as he wanted to keep himself busy and away from thinking about his dream and clues to whatever past he might've had, this was yet another way of analyzing things that were connected to it. Hearing a faint murmur, Night examined Kite and wondered what he was saying to himself--but if it was something private, he wasn't going to press just to ask about it.

Stepping out into the Scavenger's yard, looking straight ahead the entire time he said, "Wow. so much stuff here. Is that a giant doll? It must be at least 15 feet.." he said pointing off to the right, never once looking in that direction.
"You said you worked here right?" he said finally turning to Night. "Is this place full of stuff like that?"

Kitty herself was in her own world, fishing out little tidbits she could remake into trinkets and placing them in a rucksack she'd purchased with her starting money. Scrap metals, colored glass, even wooden odds-and-ends... these were her targets, and she would make good use of them.
She'd wondered before if she had to pay for the things she's gathered. Hopefully it wouldn't cost her too much, but she couldn't very well run a shop that has nothing in it! Every merchant had to start somewhere. Kitty picked up an old hairclip made of steel and stained glass, turning it around in her hand. When it fit her standards, she polished it upon her shirt and bagged it.

Night heard someone who sounded very excited--seemed that someone was already down there. He turned to look and noted the other person bagging up some goods. With a wave, he called, "Hi! Found some neat stuff, too?"
Sometimes, people would find things that were familiar or special to them. Items that they just seemed to 'connect' with for some reason or other. The catch was that these things were all broken. Still, one of the reasons that the silver-haired man continued to work in the scavengers' yard was in hopes of finding keys to his own past--keys that might lead him to understand his anger toward that dark man from his dream.

"And what would your name be?" he asked the girl. He realized that he could see the stuff inside of her bag even when she had it closed. It looked to him like random small broken hair items and things that looked like they could be used to make bracelets and whatnot. "Nice random assortment of.. I hesitate to call it junk.. but. random things?" He said a little unsure of what to call the assortment of thing in her bag.

"Oh! Yeah! I found a ton of neat things I could restore with some effort! How much do I owe the guys that work here for this stuff..? I'm Kitty, by the way," she tucked some light brown hair behind an ear and held out her hand to shake.
"I'm going to be running a shop in the market. There's a lot of stuff down here that could be turned into the coolest treasures with a bit of a polish!"

Digging about, he came across the hilt of a sword; he took it into his hands before noting the broken blade. Despite that, he tested it out, weilding it in one hand with familiarity before performing a test slice in the air. Hm. How vaguely familiar...
"The name's Night, and this guy is Kite," he added. "Just thought we'd fish around down here for something useful."

"My name is Kite, as Night here said. Its nice to meet you Kitty." he said.
It was at this point that something caught his eye-- if you could call it that. its just an expression right?-- "ohh!"
running over to the pile with the giant doll. he picked up a small cane like stick. "hmm...." picking it up he liked the way it felt in his hand. He swung it around like a sward for a few seconds. "With a few modifications, and a new paint job.. hmm yes.." he said with a smile on his face, he almost looked sinister as he stood there thinking of the fun he could have with this.
Turning around with the stick in hand he smiled. "I think this will do nicely."

"I've been seeing some weapon pieces in here, too. Where does all this stuff come from? I think someone could make a killer amount of money with all the scrap metal here; maybe do some blacksmithing..."

Night was actually trembling, but he didn't want it to show, and he kept digging and scrounging about as if nothing was the matter.
"Who knows? All I know is that it just all winds up in here somehow. It's really strange... to think that some of these things seem so familiar to people as well."

"One man's trash is another's treasure, you know?" She smiled and brushed the brooch against her shirt, then stuffed it into the bag.
