Summary: (The Truth and Justice twins are ready to bust out of this taco stand! The actual rescue would probably be impossible to log, with so many people and all, so treat this is an arrival of the Edenspehere Medical Island Evacuation Squad™ and a few minutes for them to meet and greet, regroup, and plan for moving everyone down! I've listed everyone involved just to cover the bases, but a few may be considered Sir "Not Appearing In This Log".
I'd just start a thread kind of like the Astri crossover logs have been going, listing the character you want to chat up and all. Consider this log to run for approximately 10-15 minutes of "real" time before OKAY KIDS TIME TO GO)

He slammed his journal shut, throwing it into the bag. The mug of tea was left behind, but he scooped up the hat and kitten from the table he was sitting at before grabbing the bag and slinging it over his shoulder. Diego stirred, peeking up at him and yawning before jumping down and chasing after him.
He wasn't running, but he kept up a brisk pace through the rooms, knocking and peeking in at the ones that were awake, and stirring the ones that were sleeping out of it. "We're moving into the waiting area. Come on."
And again, just to be sure, he called as he walked back for the waiting room, his voice echoing loudly and projecting through the hallway.
"Waiting room! Now, we're leaving!"
The waiting room was nearly empty when he arrived, and the patients started milling about a few minutes later, some still gathering the bags of supplied he'd issued. He had a duffel bag that had been discovered back in Justice's office earlier that day, and he sat it heavily on the floor. He'd been here nearly 24 hours since Crow-san helped him get here, and it had been nonstop preparing for the worst since then.
It was going to be nice to get someplace he could relax. He still needed to check on things when they got to the temporary clinic, but after that...maybe after that he could sleep.
Diego rubbed against his legs, and he sat down heavily in one of the chairs, the cat jumping into his lap and purring. The pole he'd scavenged on the way over was resting by the receptionist's desk, ready to be grabbed when they left, and Justice's knife was tucked into his pocket.
Whatever happened, he was as ready as he'd get, and he was going to make sure that no one was left behind.
