Characters: ES!Twenty and AD!Tia Dalma Date/Time: Nov 12, morning Location: 3rd floor of ES, Safezone/Borderzone with AD Rating: PG13 probably Summary: none that I know of
If Tia had cat ears, they most certainly would've been perked, and her tail would've been twitching as well. Something...or someone nearby....with a strong aura was heading in her direction.
Being bound in human form, her powers were slightly limited. But in Adstringendum, it felt like a force was blocking one of her most useful abilities, the power to see the future.
Fortunately, it hadn't blocked that pull which led her to the border of the Safezone, and her steps quickened.
It was almost as if finally touching on the invisible line that connected Adstringendum and Edensphere allowed him to see better, clearer.
His head snapped up suddenly and he looked straight at Tia Dalma. "You... a form like this body... power contained." He stood up a little straighter, looking her over curiously, trying to figure out if he knew her from the before-memories time.
His eyes glowed briefly as he tried to gauge their power-levels but came up with a blinding light - a clash of two great magics - and so blinked three times before walking a little closer.
"Do you know of the Twelve's Twenty? They are what this form seeks..." His deep tenor asked.
Tia Dalma blinked. This was unexpected, but not unwelcome. It was rare to find one such as herself.
"Ah, so you can tell. I'm sorry, I do not know of the Twelve's Twenty." She studied his aura, then smiled. "Your form contains great power, from a time I am not well versed in. But your name, it has another meaning..."
"You know of the power of names," Twenty remarked in kind, tail swishing. Other than that he didn't move, his eyes meeting hers. "The true name of this being is lost... no chance your powers can find it?" He quirked an eyebrow. "Perhaps a payment can be arranged if that magic you possess..."
Twenty stretched out his hand to shape into a bigger claw alight with fire. "Bound though it is, this form possess magic yet to rival any other."
