Do the islands hold position, or do any of them drift or bob at all?

The islands move just slightly, but not really enough to be noticed.

I appreciate this, so thank you, but the house is on Melee Island, not Captain Planet. May I edit to replace the relevant sentence there?

Out of curiosity, what would happen if someone (Materia, for example) tried to open and/or abscond with the little bento box? From the post office, that is.
