Happy 1/2 Birthday to me!
Well it's officially my 1/2 birthday! 6 months til I'm 21 on Birthmomma's Day...still not sure about that one really. I like it last year when it was my birthday, then Bmomma's Day, and then Mother's Day...celebrations all weekend long. Now it just feels like my birthday and Birthmother's Day are going to conflict with each other and I'm going to have too many emotions. So anyways, we're to the 1/2 way point to get there.
Woke up this morning to Erica's phone call checking on my family and Joy's. A tornado hit Eville last night. But, luckily everyone I know is fine. Thankfully, Lori's family is too considering that they were out camping. I'm glad everyone in my family and friend's is safe but I have seen the damage elsewhere is pretty bad. There are already 15 deaths with tons at the hospital and more deaths to come. Pray for all the families down there. Thanks to everyone who checked in on my family!
It's absolutely freezing in our house today. You can definitely feel the temperature change. We've had really bad winds all night and it's brought down tons of leaves to leave many trees completely bare :( I'm going to miss the beautiful fall leaves directly outside my window.
My Christmas present is apparantly new tires for my car according to my dad ;) I need them AGAIN! I swear I just got them not long ago. But I've driven 15,000 miles on them since March with all the back and forth driving I've had to do from Memphis and school. I don't mind the Christmas present all I really need otherwise is a battery charger and a warm blanket for my bed. And money to pay off all the debt I currently have!
