Summary: Another not-date!
Ako wasn't early, she was right on time. But, right on time for her is being ten minutes early, so. . .maybe she really was early. It didn't bother her to wait. Finding a place to sit, she frowned when she saw their previous place had been taken. Yet, to her own fortune, the pair sitting at the round table against the wall got up and left. Quickly she took up new residency, deciding this was unofficially "Their Place." Smiling to herself, her eyes turned skyward and looked at the stars while humming to herself as she had before. Ako was always humming to herself, though this time the song was "Me and Mrs. Jones." She had a near dreamy look on her face that she hoped would fall away before Shiki got there.
There was a contentment in her heart, though they weren't officially dating. It was nice that he had agreed to see her again. Ako knew that meant she was tolerable to the Night class student. He really was very nice to talk to her, let alone "date" her. The thought made her nervous, and one wouldn't think Asanako Ako ever got nervous. She was such a tough cookie all things considered, so outspoken and proud. Men made her fall to pieces. Before coming up she had toyed with changing in to something else, something more. . .masculine, but opted out. Surprising Shiki was probably a bad idea. As is she had just told Kaname the night before that she was really a he. While it was doubtful that the man would tell, Ako didn't find it fitting to suddenly start telling everyone. Those of importance could know, but that was all. Kaname only learned because he had told her so much about himself, far more than she thought he would, that Ako found it unfair to keep her secret.
Humming still, Ako let her thoughts wander while waiting for Shiki, arms stretched out across the table with her fingertips against the rim in a stretch.
