Rain, Confrontation, Candy Ciggarettes, Francais and a Play

Who loves rain? Do you love rain? Is it just me or does rain rock? I love rain :)

Okay, that was a little spastic, but rain has got to be my favorite weather. It's just gloomy enough to be inspirational, without totally downing your mood. I love the way each little drop, when it hits something, expands into even smaller droplets. It makes me feel poetic and brooding and slightly romantic. It's the perfect weather.

So, once again, I'm sitting here bored as all get out in Ms. C's class. I confronted one of the girls yesterday who's been talking behind my back. She denied the whole thing. That's okay, because even if she doesn't want to admit it, I'd like to think that my little "speech" I gave her was enough to make her think next time she (or anyone around her for that matter) starts to say something about me.

My beatnik speech rocks. Does anyone know where I can buy candy ciggarettes? I want to pass them out (you know to put people in the beatnik mood - and make them love me 'cause I have food!). And maybe I'll get extra credit too. Or maybe I'll be suspended for "promoting the use of drugs in our lovely school". Whatever :)

French class is so funny, yet soooo boring. I sit there everyday wondering when the class is going to end. And you know what they say. The watched clock never ticks. Or something to that effect.

So yes, about that play over the summer... I think for the end of my independent study, I am going to write a script for a one act play. Then I want to find a tiny little venue (maybe like 80 seats or something TOPS) and perform it there over the summer. Wouldn't that be fun? If anyone knows of like a theater where I can do that, let me know, pretty please? I think I am going to draw from real life and write about high school and how utterly stupid it is. That'd make a great play...

Okay, well I am off to finish my poster of visuals for my beatnik speech! See ya!
