Well, Mazikeen is a demon (one of the Lillim), and she would be a shapeshifter of sorts, if not for what Jill Presto did to her, so I suppose it's not completely out of the realm of possibility for her to get someone pregnant. Nabiki would probably use the situation to finagle her way into a position as one of Lucifer's chief advisors, and then try one move too far and end up in deep shit, alone and with a half-demonic child. Then, of course, Mazikeen would take the kid away from her, and Nabiki would be stranded in Lucifer's cosmos with no way to get home. She'd make her way to civilization and start smuggling immortals back in through the gates, deliberately trying to piss Lucifer off and get Mazikeen to return so she could steal her kid back again...
Um. I am not plotting that story, really I'm not...

On the other hand, Duo seems to like screwed-up loner types, and he's also a big fan of knives and explosions and freaking out your enemies, and he knows what it's like to seek revenge against the person/people who killed your whole (surrogate) family.
