half-assing things is worth a lot, actually
Today I did NOT manage to finish my tax CE, alas, but I did plow through five credits. This means I only have one credit to go, so any old course will work, no matter how dinky or inane. I will try to knock that out Monday or Tuesday.
I also did not do laundry, but I did change all my linens and prep for laundry (got all the laundry into the bag which is in the cart, pulled together my quarters, retrieved my detergent and dryer sheets, etc), so I can basically haul the cart out the door the moment I get home tomorrow.
It was not a day of triumphantly completing Tasks, but a day of laying solid foundations is not to be sneezed at. *wry*
