Fighting was all about heart. In Leon's opinion, anyway. That's why fighting Heartless was so easy -- so soulless. Slash and hack and barely block and they'd die, if dying was what it was. He could fight Heartless with his eyes closed. He barely needed to push himself to do it. At first, of course, it had been harder -- he'd believed there should be some finesse about it, and he'd tried to force some heart where there was none. Now he was used to it. Slash and hack and fall back. Easy, mechanical, soulless movements for a soulless enemy.
