YAY!! I'm famous in my own backyard :)

Today I was out taking pictures in the snow. The light was really awesome with the low standing sun. I sent two pictures to the main dutch news and to our local tv station. The local tv station used one of my pictures in the weather report!! Yes! That is such a cool feeling hahaha.

Yeah it's cool isn't it? My cousin called me and said he saw one of my pictures on the news. I was watching the national news so I missed it first time but it is repeated every hour. This only happend to me once before when I photographed the local football cantine go up in flames but that only made the news in our own city.
Good thing I edited this picture before I sent it. I cut out the side of a flat which was just in the picture and I used a blue gradient filter on the sky to make it blue-er. You see, taking a bit of extra trouble pays off some times hahaha.
