What you are thinking...

"Whoa, Ed. You sure have been customizing your journal a lot lately."... I know that's what you're thinking. Well see, I noticed that my subject titles weren't showing up. I wrongly customized it , and therefore and I needed to change it. I think this is the last time in a while I will customize it.

You know how much I hate informality. In the past I have frequently had AIM conversations that go a little something like this:

Stranger> hi wanna chat?
EdEdEdEdEdEdEd> Do I know you?
Stranger> Npe
EdEdEdEdEdEdEd> Well, see, I only like to talk to people I know online.
Stranger> k whateva asshole.

Isn't it funny as well that the longest word that stranger could spell correctly was asshole? Does that really make me an asshole, just wanting to know the person before I talk to them on my computer? Those are the kind of poeple I block. Those and the ones who I do know apparently, but won't tell me their real name. Maybe I'm an "asshole" but I just don't have time for this. Not to mention that as far as I know you ARE a stranger. Got that, tangofthepootie? Certainly I am against blocking anyone who at some point I have given my screenname too. Screenname distribution is a responsibility that I take seriously.

The best part yet most frustrating part of low carb diets are the desserts. On Monday I made sugar-free Orange Jello, and I botched it. I used everyone's advice and put ice in it to speed up the process. Well, the ice cubes left a big patch of liquid in the otherwise solid solution. Today I made Jello using hot and cold water, the old fashioned way. Now it's sitting the required 5 hours. I also made sugar free pudding today, but it wasn't as perfect as I would have liked. I must not have whisked it fast enough, and the pudding came out lumpy.
