It's still red

The episcleritis persists. My eye doctor refused to prescribe a steroid, because I'm a 'steroid responder', and could get glaucoma. Never mind that they prescribed it every six months for ten years, that it always knocked out the problem in a few days, and that I rarely had an increase in eye pressure. Matter of fact, I think I got a pressure increase once or twice in all those years, perhaps anomalously.

Instead, I've got a weak anti-inflammatory that's doing f-all. I'll stick with it and call again early in the week if it persistently persists.

Grump.
