have you ever seen Joe v. the Volcano? if you remember the beginning, Joe was in that office that was like a basement and there was one florescent light that kept flickering. i've got one of those in my office. why do you need Chinese Water Torture. this Flicker Torture is much worse, especially when it's in the corner of your eye.
