death of a amp
taking the good with the bad, good news , I got two of my tires fixed on the truck, i wanted to do all 4 but i did what i could do. on bad news, my faithful sony giving up the ghost. the amp been driving a 4 ohm load a long time (it not design for that) I survived for over 20 years, 5 cons when it was used as a room pa amp, 1 holiday party used as a pa amp. By all rights it should be dead. Funny thing the speakers don't work but the headphone jack still does. Thank you Sony for the best audio amp I ever owned. It was/is a tank. i say is cause I may crack it case and take a peek at what going on. after I figure out a replacement.
I also got keith old hTC touch pro, which means i am back in the smart phone world
though some of the phone numbers did not get over right.
ah well , we move on.
