Cigarettes smoked: 10

The Morning Me decided that he'd rather sleep more and so, around 9 in the morning, he called George at the office (who was there, alas) and had an awkward and tough time telling him that I, The Non-Morning Me, was not going to present and accounted for. Lots of giant pauses. George even hung up the phone without saying bye.

Despite being incredibly slow to do anything (I hopped in the shower an hour after physically getting out of bed), it was a rather pleasant day. Had to watch L'Atalante, although I was very uppity throughout the whole thing, taking embarrassing breaks to play through bits of Dragon's Lair (got to level 3!). Nevertheless, it pretty much rocked, though a masterpiece, I think not.

And I sold something today.

Not much happened, is what I'm saying. That's fine. All I needed was to feel good about myself all day, and I did. Whenever it is I do quit that orchestra, I must stay in contact with a couple people, particularly Sarah, with whom I've developed a rather nice, pleasant, non-awkwardness-inducing friendship. Does that make her only the second girl I've become good friends with that, despite their attractiveness, I don't feel the need to blatantly flirt with? Dunno.
