Another month ends and I'M STILL NOT DONE WITH THIS MEME!
Day 25: Your favorite k-pop choreographer.
My absolute favorite is Rino Nakasone. A year ago, I would have said Nick Bass (Super Junior's Sorry, Sorry and It's You) but it's definitely Rino. There are only a few choreos that I've loved at first sight and two of them are Rino's: SNSD's Tell Me Your Wish and f(x)'s NU ABO. I had NO IDEA they were hers until last week! Heck, I didn't know they were made by the same person!
Things you should know about her:
- She's one of the most famous k-pop choreographers. She made the choreos of SNSD's Oh! and Hoot, TVXQ's Keep Your Head Down, SHINee's Replay and Lucifer, and Super Junior's No Other, among others.
- SHE'S AN AMAZING DANCER. I have to admit there are a couple of her choreos that I didn't like at first but I ate my words after I saw her dancing them. The idols are not bad but the difference is huuuuge!!
- Yeah, she's japanese.
- She was one of Gwen Stefani's "Harajuku Girls".
- She's danced with Missy Elliott, Janet Jackson, Chris Brown, Mary J. Blige, Britney Spears and... um... Justin Bieber.
- She participated in America's Best Dance Crew S3 as part of the crew Beat Freaks.
- She performs and teaches with Maryss (also from Beat Freaks) at Debbie Reynolds dance studio under the name "The Geminiz".
- She's one of the new Pussycat Dolls.
Yep, I have a gigantic girlcrush on her.
