One of the lessons that we learned in business school is that sometimes you just need to cut your losses and walk away. Sometimes you need to admit that a business deal is not in your best interest and although you may have invested time and money into it, the best course of action is to walk away. i made that decision this week.
I have spent nearly a year working on my business plan and starting the business but this week has been full of negative surprises and in the end, I did not feel comfortable investing my money or any more time in this business. Luckily I have not put too much money into it. I had to make the decision from my heart AND my head and both came to the same decision; I am not comfortable with this.
So here I am with a registered business that is doing nothing. I have no idea what I am going to do. I know that I want to open my own business but I am at a loss of what to do. I may have to get a job while I figure it out.
Do you have any ideas of what I should do?
