*sigh*
... Well, Ashley and I had done a great job so far of NOT interacting with each other since Sunday. She was gone the first half of the week, I went out to enjoy the company of friends Thursday night, last night, and earlier today. Of course, it becomes all undone the moment she tries to strike up a conversation with me this afternoon. Virtually anything I feel automatically comes out, completely uncensored. I don't know how to fix this, beyond just not responding. I don't think that I can do that, but I need to figure out something soon. Today definitely ended up not being a good day. Hopefully rest will happen tonight, sans my normal sleeping pills...
