Christmas Shopping is 90% done!

Well Thursday night I went bowling with John D, Amanda, Gene, Brandon, Kevin, and Dunn. After that, John, Amanda, Gene, and I went downtown for a few drinks. I proceeded to down 2 shots of tequilla and about 5 beers. I got this girl Rebecca's #, (who was a friend of John's) and all was well. Friday night I got off work and went out with Erin to the Element and then to the Cavern. We watched this one white guy who was completely plastered (I hope anyway) shake his ass on the dancefloor. Erin swears she saw him flash his cock at this girl who pretty much ran away. lol Single-handedly, this guy managed to clear the entire dancefloor. People were just staring as he desperately tried to dance with any girl approaching his general direction. It was pretty funny. After witnessing that, we left and hit up the Cavern where we saw this chick in a blue sweater breaking it down...or at least she thought so. haha Erin and I were dancing by the stage when out of the corner of my eye I look over at this chick in the blue sweater. You couldn't miss her. She was spastic as hell, jumping up and down, swinging her arms everywhere, and totally dancing out of rhythm to the music the DJ was playing. Erin thinks the girl was on blow, but I dunno. We danced about 10 feet away from this girl for like 3 songs straight and I don't think I've laughed that hard in months. I told Erin it must be something in the water, because 5 minutes after that, the blue sweater girl was having some kind of dance off with this guy who was almost as bad as she was. Wow...just WOW.

Today I got up and went shopping for Christmas gifts for everyone. I hit up the mall, Wal-mart, Michaels, Pet Smart, the dollar store (wrapping paper and bows--not shitty presents), and a few other places. I pretty much got all my shopping taken care of, except for like 1 or 2 gifts. I came home and wrapped everything and then spent the better part of the evening doing some research on a few car parts. Which brings me to my next point...

My car is having issues. First I thought it was my battery slowly dying, not holding a charge. I took the car up to Advance one night to have Nick test it out and it was fine. Anyway, the car takes a few seconds of cranking before it will turn over. It wasn't till I talked to Buss about it that I thought maybe it could be fuel-related. The fuel pump gets power 2 ways. One from the relay, the other from the oil pressure sender. When it reaches approx 4 psi a switch in the oil sender closes and feeds power to the fuel pump. When the fuel pump relay fails it usually makes it so you have to crank it several times until the cranking generates the 4 psi, thus hard starting. I'm gonna go buy a new relay tomorrow and see if that cures it. If its not that, then I'll get a fuel pressure gauge and see what the regulator is doing. If it is the regulator, a new adjustable regulator from summit will set me back about 90 bucks.

I've got an interview Tuesday at the insurance place. Another insurance place contacted me about setting up an interview here in Greenville next week, so I need to call them back sometime monday. (Tomorrow they will more than likely be closed.) Hopefully something will pan out.

Well, time for some sleep.
