it's been awhile
I can't remember the last time I updated this thing. I've gone home A LOT in the last few weeks. I went home the weekend of Jan 19 and stayed an extra day (monday) and drove back to Greenville on Tuesday. The whole reason for that was going to see The Fray in concert w/ Brandon in Charlotte @ Ovens Auditorium. They were AMAZING live, great quality and I want to see them again. Their coming back to Cary, NC (donno why there...) and I would easily be talked into going to that. I went home again two weeks later to go back to Charlotte on Feb. 2nd and see Pillar live in concert w/ Patrick McGinnis. It was a good show. Tyler Read and Showbred(Showbreed??) opened up for them and both are amazing. Tyler Read rocked my socks off and is on my MySpace page and you should check them out..NOW. I went home this past weekend cuz it was my 21st birthday and nothing was going on here..and I had to do something. So I celebrated it w/ Marie, Brandon, and Kyle. We made a day of it..going to Sonic for dinner (yyuummm), making a trip to the ABC store, and playing mass amounts of Guitar Hero. We had a slumber party if you will and it made me happy. I wished I could have celebrated it with so many more of my friends, but I couldn't have been happier. I'm planning on doing a late birthday dinner with a bunch of people here in Greenville. Fall Out Boy's newest CD came out last week and of course I went and got it. I love it. They are going on tour w/ New Found Glory and I want to see them oh so badly. I got a surround sound system for my computer and it's totally awesome..massive bass :) I also go a new digital camera, for those times when I don't have the DSLR on me (Fuji Finepix, 6.3 megapixel, and it's pretty..like a fushia color). Brandon also was kind enough to let me have his 350 Z poster that I've been oogling after for so long now. School is..well, school. Even without Linux in my schedule, it's still just as packed. All of my classes this semester have papers I have to write, and presentations to give (minus Accounting). So far they all seem to be going alright..they've got their ups and downs. I had my first test in Accounting today and I was kind of worried about it, but I feel ok about it. Valentines Day is coming up and I honestly just want to spend that day locked in my room. I hate having to go out and see everyoen else w/ their significant others. I'm happy for them..it just sucks having to face that day alone. I've done it for the last 21 years of my life..I'm sure I'll make it through. I just had to take a second to bitch about it. Anyways..I've rambled on enough for now. I just wanted to catch everyone up on my life. I hope you all are doing well.
