Alaska and Indianapolis
Alaska was quite beautiful. Pictures will follow to illustrate this point. It was worth the trip.
Indianapolis is a terrible place. Evidence is the intersection between the convention center and the mall that smells like sewage. GenCon reminded me that I have lost the ability to relate to other people. It also reminded me that I need to find a new reason, or "Lifedeath Value"... I picked up a few cool things at the convention though. I got a print from Bawidamann, a bootleg of the entire Max Headroom series (I am a sucker for cyberpunk things...), The Call of Cthulhu movie, a Japanese zombie movie and a free shirt with a logo that I designed on it.
If you have seen Deadliest Catch on Discovery, this is Sig's boat from that show.
I am not quite sure what is going on with this totem pole... it is kind of odd.
