Yesterday was a pretty awesome day. It started off with me buying new jeans and then eventually Rosie, Rachel, Ashleigh & I went down to the Mod Club to be IN METRIC'S NEW VIDEO. When we got there all of the indie kids were waiting outisde. It looked like MySpace had thrown up all over the sidewalk.
After many hours of waiting around, we got our first glimpse of Metric on stage. We did some crowd shots watching Emily #1 on the stage, some shots of Emily #2 walking through the crowd (one of which Emily touches me on my arm and chest), and a lot of dancing shots. I've seen Metric so many times now that it almost doesn't feel weird to have Emily Haines standing right to my left, though that is so bad ass! We definitely had some fun banter. It was cute.
So although we missed out on some free Puma shoes (we were too slow) and the shoot went until around 1 AM, yesterday was just fucking awesome. And I get to be in a music video! WITH EMILY HAINES. I rock.
