Yesterday, today driving to grants pass,
Yesterday we took my moms dogs to the vet, Coco the mini pin and Lola the Doberman. I snuck in my Cat greedy as she has a puffy eyelid and I've been trying home remedies to get it better and they haven't worked. I told the lady at the desk that the cat was moms. A lady vet comes in from behind the desk and comes out and tell us about how she loves brown dobermans and shows us behind a door a very cute large male Doberman and asks us when everyones getting spayed. we are there for shots and introductions so they can get fixed. she leaves. the dogs all look at us. lola whines. Coca growls, she is so protective of mom. a big old boxer comes out of the vet hospital area and is getting into a harness from the temporary leash she has been walked in on. She barks. our pets tremble. i smile at them and tell them its alright say calm guys and give them all a friendly pet. i can see in there eyes how scared they are. what is this place we have brought them to. the lady calls mom up to the counter and i sit and stay with all the pets. mom comes back. i go up to the counter and i tell her i brought her cat in as well. the lady responded with a whats the kittys name. i say greedy.
okay. she says greedy can be looked at as well. wonderful.
i sit back down. next thing we are called into the back. mom puts coco down and her and lola walk into the back office. the doctor assistance comes in and gives all the pets gets there temperature and finds out what they all are there for. coco needs booster shots and lola needs to be seen so she can be fixed, and greedy has a sick eye.
the lady leaves and then the doctor comes in and gives coco her shots. he exams her. next lola an examine, she appears fine. Next the cat, he asks me to hold her and he trys to probe her eye. she is not having it,than he says well let me get more hands on the cat. that doesn't work. he comes back, is it okay to give the cat gas? I say, sure go ahead put it to sleep. they drug the cat and there is a piece of straw in the eye. it is removed. eye drop medicine is to be given to her in the eye twice a day. we go out of this office and into a hall and then go to the lobby to pay. now we have to wait for the cat to wake up. once the cat wakes up we are paid for and have a date for the future getting animals fixed. haha more like broken.
