[Someone had
bombed his room, and if Phoenix were to hazard a guess, it would be to pin the blame on the woman who had threatened to kill him earlier and specifically mentioned bombs. He had no idea who she was or what she was capable of

Was she pleased to see that he was needing medical supplies? She'd be lying outright if she said 'no', as any injuries would begin to slow him down. Him slowing down would inevitably lead to his capture, and that was the ultimate goal.]
~A huntin' we will goooooooooooo, a huntin' we will gooooooooooo~
[Her tone is quite happy as it sings across the shipNET, piping in on anyone's communicators that are active. She preps another bleach bomb, having found the results quite satisfying so far as she's used them. However, as she shakes the bottle a familiar voice pipes in from down the hall. Scowling, she listens and identifies Anna easily enough after just a moment or two of the pair talking. She is paying so much attention that she nearly forgets she has an active bomb in her hand and with a slight widening of the eyes and swift flick of her arm rolls the jar toward the supply cabinet and the pair speaking before it.
Unfortunately, when it blows it's not nearly as close as it might have been to them.
**BOOM**
Shrapnel and bleach go flying, and though the effects will be lessened by being a bit further, damage is still a definite possibility.]

Anna, get-!
[**BOOM**]
[He's already moving, throwing himself off the bed to try to tackle Anna to the floor. A few more pieces of shrapnel slice through his skin, but the pain hardly registers.
Anna!]
Reply
Go through her indeed, Harley. Anna hadn't realized how literal that would be taken. Shrapnel pierces her hide as well and a low whimper escapes but she doesn't move. Not until she's absolutely certain there is no further threat.]

The rubber of the balls catches on fire instantly and she lobs them carelessly into the room. She's not really particular about if they hit anyone or not, figuring if they do, they do. The ignite the moment they strike ground or wall, bursting into flame. After a beat, they explode, two beginning to fill the room with smoke while the third explodes, sending metal jacks everywhere.
It ain't pretty, but it does the job. As the smoke begins to fill the room, Harley takes up her Big Fuckin' Mallet(tm) and steps into the doorway. A smile touches her lips and she creeps on in, a few bombs appearing in her free hand.
Toss. **BOOM**
Toss. **PIFF**
She hefts her mallet onto her shoulder, moving it with remarkable ease for a weapon so large. She slides into the smoke filled room, grin widening with every step.]

Until Anna's whimper reaches his ear. Cold shock brings him sharply back into focus as the full force of what she did hits him. She isn't attacking. She's protecting him. And she'd just taken an attack meant for him.]
Anna!

Her giant body easily covers him and her head is dipped low near him as she shields his face. There are two more explosions; the room fills with smoke, then -
Blinding, white hot PAIN as the jacks explode and ricochet off walls and embed themselves into her side. To Anna's credit, she doesn't make another sound during this; she just stays low and keeps him covered. She hears him say her name, and he dazedly gets a tiny nudge of acknowledgement, but that's it.]

The sound of her successful attack greet her, the exact distance to her prey unknown due to the same smoke that aides her. She pauses, head tilted slightly at the shouts of alarm, her lips curling as she flashes a wide and happy grin.
In her eyes this was only a personal attack against Phoenix, not Anna. Though on some level she felt badly about harming her friend, she was also quick to put it out of her mind. Surely Anna would understand and not hold a grudge?
So she creeps forward and her blue eyes dart about the smoke flooded room until she pauses. Was that movement? Her grin broadens and she shrugs to herself. Only one way to know for certain!! She shifts her weight, widening the stance of her feet before she brings her mallet down and around in a wide arc, much like a far heavier baseball bat. If she misses, it might give the pair a chance to gather themselves, but what if she connects?! :D]

She ducks - and with good timing. The mallet misses Anna's head by inches, and she takes this opportunity to release poor Phoenix from under her weight and shove him back.
She'll also take this opportunity to skulk low to the ground, and snap viciously at Harley's ankle. Nothing personal, indeed.]

As soon as he is released, he rolls to his side and staggers to his feet. His movement feels sluggish, though he isn't certain if that is from being trapped underneath a tiger for so long or if it's because of the blood he's lost. Probably both.
He shakes his head, dismissing the matter. Focus, he tells himself sternly. When Anna snaps at Harley, he darts to the side. If the woman is distracted, now is his chance to circle around and attack from behind. His hand reaches for his gun, still holstered at his hip, and pulls it, ready to swing it into Harley's head.]

She hears them shifting in the smoke ridden room, only a small distance from her now. But the harlequin has far more in her bag of tricks than just weaponry; she's rather an astute fighter and rather enjoys physical combat (just ask Maia!) She drops to the ground and sweeps with her leg, moving to knock Phoenix from his feet. She doesn't remain where she was though, already springing to the side with a dexterity she hasn't shown many on the ship.
She is swinging her mallet again as she moves, hoping even for a glancing blow off of either of them; she's not too picky just now. Taking one of them out will allow her to focus more readily on the other, and that's just peachy with her.]

Anna sinks low to the ground when her teeth miss Harley's ankle, wanting to avoid any further swings that might come in contact with her. She tries to see through the smoke, though even with her sharp eyes it's difficult.
She settles for listening and relying on her keen sense of hearing. She's trying to be as quiet as possible but her breathing is coming in short little puffs since her side has been perforated from the JACKS. THANKS FOR THAT.
Eventually she moves when she hears Harley herself move and swing, and she;s going to try and leap on the woman from behind and bring her down.]

He can't afford to stay there, though. He knows he can't. The world swims as he tries to place a hand on the ground to push himself back upright. He flinches as something sharp jabs into the palm - glass or shrapnel from the bombs - and he bites back a brief cry of pain.]
Nng!
[Clutching his hand, he forces himself to roll. More pieces of shrapnel dig into his flesh, but he knows he can't stay where he is. And he thinks that Harley is in this direction. If he's lucky, he might roll into her and knock her off balance as well.]

Her eyes widen as he rolls toward her and she's not quite quick enough to avoid him. She yelps in surprise as her own legs go out from under her, but it's a mixed blessing as it were. Phoenix taking her out means that Anna is going to miss her when she leaps for her. Enjoy that flying leap to nowhere, toots! Hope the landing is as rough as Harley's!!
She pays no mind to the bits of glass and metal that bite into her, because she's not going to make it out of this room unscathed. Instead, she focuses on Phoenix, whom she is piled on top of. Fists and feet connect with any part of him she can manage, because really she's not too picky just now.
Hey Phoenix? Has your face met Harley's boot yet? Cause she's introducing them to each other right. about. NOW.]
Reply
Her own eyes are beginning to adjust a little better and she makes another leap at the woman, trying more to knock her down than to cause any actual harm. GET OFF HIM WOMAN B|]

Searing, blinding pain explodes across his face as Harley's boot connects with his cheek. For a moment, he can't see, can't breathe, can't think, and he barely registers the furious roars that fill the air. Everything disappears, even the sound of his own ragged scream. He jerks to the side, trying to throw Harley off, but it's a feeble, instinctive attempt at best. As he does so, he lashes out, desperate to connect with his fist. It's a blind swing, though. It will be a miracle if it actually hits.]

Ain't no one tell ya that ya don't hit a lady?!
[She grabs Phoenix's head between her hands and proceeds to slam it against the ground, intent on incapacitating him at the very least. It's round about then that Anna barrels into her bodily and knocks her ass over tea kettle. Cue some more cuts and shrapnel in her skin, but Harley is a pretty tough cookie. She's survived being knocked out a 10th story window, after all!
However, she's never had a tiger pinning her to the ground before. She glares up at her, one hand at her throat and struggling to hold those teeth at bay. She don't know that Anna's trying to be relatively gentle after all. :( While struggling thusly, she uses her free hand to dig around for her last tennis ball bomb. She can't know if it's a jack filled or not in the chaos and doesn't think she can ask Anna to hold for a moment while she tries to figure it out.]
Sorry, toots ... I like yer spunk, but I gotta do what I gotta do..
[So saying, she does something rather stupid considering that she doesn't know for sure what kind of bomb she's holding. She stops struggling to hold Anna at bay and as that big old toothy face comes closer she slams the tennis ball bomb into the side of her face.
It explodes.
**PIFF**
Luckily for both of them, it's just a smoke bomb. However, the concussion of the explosion is still very real and will hopefully knock the putty tat out cold. Nevermind the burns or that whole smoke in and face part .. That part will suck pretty badly for both of them. :| ]
