Normally, Anemone would've left the screaming green blob of uselessness to its own devices, but some part of her simply couldn't let the thing off that easily. After a short conversation with Jareth, she'd be outside herself, finding the alien just where the Goblin King had deposited him. It was with a sly smirk that she'd sneak towards him before popping her head up straight over him.

"Still alive?" Anemone asked with a bit of a sadistic and pouty expression. "Poor little worm."

Her tone of voice didn't suggest she was there to help him in any way, shape, or form.

He jumped - tried to, at any rate, and the mechanical legs of his PAK engaged, lifting him up so he dangled just high enough to look Anemone eye-to-eye. Despite his wounds, his antennae tied in a bow, despite the frilly dress, he managed to sneer in what he thought was an extremely condescending manner.

"You cannot kill Zim," he boasted, in a voice that was little more than a faint rasp. "It is I, Zim, who will kill you." He attempted to take a step back, and one of the mechanical legs bent at an odd angle - it had been damaged when he'd fallen from the ceiling in the apartment, and even more so when Jareth had thrown him into the fountain.

Anemone laughed at Zim, coldly and in an unforgiving fashion, as if she were mocking him. In truth...she was. "Your bark is so much worse than your bite..." the pink-haired girl mused, those strange purple eyes of her's narrowing. The way they shrank, the red line through them was very visible. In all actuality, even she could've been considered an alien! Not that it meant anything to her...

"Go ahead then," Anemone said, straightening up and clasping her hands behind her back. "Try it." Now she opened her eyes, looking as innocent as she could...which was very convincing, especially in her little white dress and those golden barrettes in her hair.

How could one resist such a face? She didn't really expect pity from Zim...she really wanted to see his attempts to kill her, which she expected to be mediocre at best.

He narrowed his eyes, ignoring the mad skittering of the mechanical legs as they tried to right themselves, and crossed his arms. None of his weapons would work. His lasers were defunct. There was nothing, absolutely nothing that he could do to Anemone. He was alone, in a strange world without GIR, without his lab, without everything he needed to be a true Irken Invader. Oh, how they would laugh at him. They would snicker when they said his name. They would --

No. He shook his head. He could do this. Retracting the mechanical legs slightly, he dropped to the ground, and then the legs shot forward, aimed directly for her eyes. True, he couldn't turn her into a brainless, mind-controlled puppet like Keef, but he could make sure she'd never be able to see him to hit him again.

With lightening reflexes, Anemone moved her head aside and reached up to grab the PAK legs, her innocent smile still in place. When she had a hold of them, she'd pull forward to try and pull Zim back down to the ground, cackling. "You missed~!" Anemone jeered, still looking innocent as ever.

"Wanna try again?" She released his PAK legs and stepped back again, leaning against the fountain casually.

The tug on the PAK legs sent him flying down to the ground, with the legs in a tangled mess. He hadn't had time to use the motion to his advantage. Anemone was simply too fast. He could race across town, balance with ease on thin railings, but he couldn't compete with speed like that.

And now she was standing by the fountain. Right next to it. So...much...water... He winced, and retracted the mechanical legs back into the PAK. No, he would not fight her anymore. Not here. Not now. He couldn't.

"You may have won this round," he muttered, "But you won't be so lucky next time! I went easy on you. EASY!"

"Easy, huh?" Anemone inquired, standing up again and approaching him, making a point to circle him once like a lion before stopping on the opposite side of the fountain, kneeling down to his level. Part of what drove her was immense curiosity...the other part was simply a desire to cause this annoyance as much pain as possible. "You don't have to do that."

Come on...hit me...

She hadn't had the chance to taunt someone like this yet...it was a great feeling, having power over something again.

He crossed his arms and turned his back on her, trusting that the PAK would keep him from serious harm. Who did this wormfemale think she was? Did she truly think she could defeat Zim and get away with it? No. No, he would bide his time. He would not strike this wormfemale yet. He would find a place to set up a new lab, and he would build a war machine the likes of which had never been seen!

And so he chuckled, and choked, and muttered, "Sleep peacefully, for it is the last peaceful sleep you will ever know!"

Oh yes, it was a brilliant plan. Brilliant. Yes. There must be a computer of sorts he could order the parts from... must be.

Gaz had walked back from Tonk's party. She was still pretty shaken, feeling more than a little jazzed up, but it would definitely be a good time to relax. The beard she had from attempting to drink from the restricted age alcohol barrel was starting to grow back in now, and Gaz was fine with this. The music had done the trick, really: Gaz was feeling pumped, excited, finally a lot better than she had in awhile ( ... )

Anemone put on a pouty face when he turned away. Well, that was no fun! Not only had he turned around, but Gaz had showed up. This must've been the girl she was talking to on the communicator. Leave it to outsiders to ruin her fun.

Well, it didn't really matter, the alien had clearly made his decision. With a small 'hmph', she sat back fully and turned her attention to Gaz, the same small child pout on her face. The only thing throwing off the whole look was her eyes, which may as well have been as odd as Zim's many-faceted eyes. The red streak seemed to expand a bit inside the purple, hinting her slight annoyance, though she didn't actually react.

"Way to ruin it," Anemone remarked with a sigh, glancing towards Zim again. "Though I'm sure it won't listen to you anyway."

Zim turned to face Gaz, twitching a little bit as he stared at her. No. No, he had killed her! The experiment... and the poison... and... and she had died! And now, she was here... Here! It was impossible!

He put a hand to the cuff around his wrist when she mentioned it. Could such a thing really stop him from killing? Stop him from destroying the world? No, no! It could not be. But it had shocked him... but...

"I am not an idiot, Gaz," he announced after a moment, more or less completely ignoring what she'd said about the cuffs. And then, because he couldn't resist, he pointed at Anemone and added, "She started it."

Gaz face palmed. This wasn't possible, really. This was completely insane. She had NO idea why Zim had been brought here, and Dib was just the icing on the cake. This was all so unbelievably stupid, she thought her head was going to explode. ZIM, KILL HER. Please. The very idea made her want to laugh ( ... )

Anemone's temper flared suddenly when Zim tried to blame the whole thing on her. The child mindset in her activated once again and she immediately shrieked back at him. "If you would've just kept your slimy mouth--" Abruptly she stopped, mostly because Gaz had spoken. Another glare was sent back towards the alien. The girl was right, he really wasn't worth an ounce of her time...but it was something to do, something to keep her busy.

Finally, she ignored Zim and spoke to Gaz, sounding...oddly cheerful for someone who had just flipped out. "Not worth a second of it...but there's nothing to doooo around here~" she responded with a sigh and a facepalm. "Everything's so...boring..." She eyed the cuff herself, frowning at it. Another thing to add to the list of things she hated.

"Fight... an alien species?" Zim blinked. Had the Wardenpig said anything about this? He tried to remember. Possibly. Possibly. He narrowed his eyes at Gaz. "These.... aliens. Would they be trying to take over the world, by any chance?" If that was the case... then Zim would fight them with all his might. He had been sent to conquer Earth, and not anybody else.

He was completely ignoring the wormfemale now. This was important.

Gaz sighed. Of course. Boredom. Well, it was hardly as if she could judge, right? She liked Dark Mercury a lot, and she wasn't miss goody two shoes either, was she? Gaz sighed. "Well, I know its pretty easy to provoke him, that goes without saying. But you know, come on. Pretty soon, in out next big fight, this guy's really not going to matter."

Gaz turned her direction to Zim, ready to strangle. Why the HELL was it that even when the Warden explained why they were here they didn't listen to him? "Yeah, there is! Haven't you noticed this place wasn't exactly clean and spotless? The alien species RAZED the last place we lived, and we have to fight them. Are you telling me even you can't comprehend these alien species want to kill us, whether we want to be here or not?"

Anemone shrugged, looking a bit irritated at the lecture she felt like she was getting. "He doesn't matter now. That's why I bothered in the first place!" She didn't care for the green thing in front of her, all he summed up to was just another toy for her to play with. That's all anybody in this compound summed up to in her eyes. Why wasn't Dominic here?! At least he understood that...to a point, anyway. He was still annoying in his own right too.

Still, she managed to snicker, smirk, and begin to crack up at Zim's question. "What?! REALLY? Wow, are you really that stupid?! Ahahahaha!!!" Anemone burst into childish laughter, kicking her feet like a 3 year old and clutching her stomach. Oh it was too much...he was worse than Dominic!
