Lucivar was just looking round the place, his new room. It was nice to have a place all his own. He never had before. Now after the fight he was looking around the place and seeing what he had to deal with now. That fight had not been something he wanted to repeat. That was very different from the fighting he was used to. Still new ways to fight were always good to learn, and then being moved here. This place was more drab then the last place. And why not send them home? Maybe they had not won and were just at stale mate. Not fun thoughts.
The knock on the door was even less fun. And the knock was more a bang. Good thing he always locked and door and shielded it too. Maybe then he could save the door and not have to have a replacement. Lucivar sighed and went to see what Surreal wanted. He released the locks and opened the door.
“Surreal. What?” Lucivar’s wings slightly opened. He half thought she might hit him.

Surreal gave him a snarl-like smile. Then she stepped inside and hugged him tightly. "Mother Night, thought you'd crawled somewhere and decided to die." She was relieved to see him, but being on the offensive was how she operated. Family was still family, and she would do what she could to keep them close. Especially after the battle.

"Could've gotten off your ass to tell me you were all right," she said and loosened the hug.

When Surreal moved into hug Lucivar he nearly pushed her back. Old habits are hard to brake after 1700 years, but Surreal meant no harm and she was family, though apparently he was from a slower realm then her. Still he knew of her from Daemon. He gave her a one armed hug back as best he could. At least she had the since not to hug his wings.

“Surreal the battle just ended and I just got here. Anyway you would know if I was dead. I would come back and burn the place down.” Lucivar added the last part with is lazy arrogant smile, then it got bigger. “I can see you are well. I take it Cat and the High Lord are doing good too? I need to go annoy them soon.”

Surreal let him go, turning to get a good look at his expression. That smile meant no good. "A little singed around the edges," she admitted, and immediately regretted it. It was true though, she hadn't gotten hurt. But telling him that she'd even been at the battle might turn his attention.

Quickly, she tried to aim the target of conversation at Saetan and Jaenelle. "Lord Takion's been taking care of Saetan very well," she said with an amused smile. "Haven't talked to Jaenelle yet, she was my next stop."
