[Thread] Til Death

When: After explosivenature's funeral (which isn't logged XP)
Summary: Mello's been up for almost 36 hours. He's tired, drained, and worried. Ishida comes and offers what little support he can give.
Warnings: Blah... uhm, none.
It had been a long day. A sleepless night preceded a day of preparations. Digging up dirt for a grave wasn't something Mello ever saw himself doing. It had been rough, but everything managed to run pretty smoothly. At least as smoothly as you could expect it to.
He sighed, feet dragging against the ground as he entered his room. He fell down onto the old, springy bed. He needed to sleep, but every time he closed his eyes, his twin's face appeared. He looked like he'd gone peacefully, but Mello knew he'd suffered. Coughing up blood was never something that lead to a peaceful ending.
On top of it all, he still didn't know where the other Matt was.
He hoped he hadn't ended up like the other Mello.
