So lately, their little home had been quite frustrating. People singing, people whining, just nonsense he didn't care to pay attention to. And considering the fact that there were some awful singers, his ears were still ringing and he was quite annoyed. But it was over now and that other stuff was really unimportant to the fact where he just cast it to the back of his mind and went on with his life. But that was how things went. But now he had something to look forward to, really. There was a cute little duckling that had arrived who had such an attitude and he loved it because it was so adorable, to think the little thing wanted to believe it was independent, and had no idea of the true, true facts. It was quite cute.
But Seimei was calling him over and so he got up from his lounge in some room, brushing strands of long dark locks out of his face and gold eyes peering out curiously under that layered fringe before he started to walk down the oh-so-familiar path of his sacrifice's room.
Apparently, they too, were going to have a little ducky. A cute little one as his reward that he named Nia-chan. The fact that Seimei was giving him a gift made him so excited that he could hardly bear it, a skip in his step as he leisurely took his time to the other's room. And he was not deserving of this at all, oh no. He expected punishment, but he supposed for such a silly mistake like before, he already got it. And maybe Nisei had actually done well for once, but there was no way Seimei would be happy with him because he was just a little doggy who only made mistakes and nothing else, but this wasn't something he would brood over. Sulking and moping and nonsense like that was not worth the effort.
And so, arriving at Seimei's door, he rapped on it loudly before opening it and peering inside, smiling brightly.
