Ayumi stood before her masterpiece. Or, perhaps, her masterpiece -- a huuuge white cake, made entirely of snow -- stood before her. It was the same height as she was.

Right now, mittens tucked in her pocket, she was pinching delicately at the snow with bare fingers, trying to shape it into curlicues and roses.

Elda paused as she spotted a long-haired woman by a huge snow sculpture, a strong smelling of maternal love washing over her for a moment and her stomach growling.

She either needed to find Beyond to get a free meal or she was going to have to go another feeding spree - especially with Valentine's Day just around the corner. If she didn't eat soon, she'd go berserk and wind up ruining a bunch of people's holdiay.

Right now, though, she felt a need to entertain herself. She she dropped from the roof, pink hair trailing behind her and a strange war cry of sorts on her lips.

She was aiming for the snow cake, but if she landed on the woman, that was fine, too.

Ayumi was lost in thought -- why won't this snow hold up, the petals keep breaking, how annoying -- when--

Sirens? She looked up to see a flash of pink. And looked down again to see pink and white and her work destroyed. A long pause.

"...My cake," she said, rather petulantly, to no one in particular.

Elda burst forth from the snow, spluttering as it got in her eyes and mouth and it was freezing!

Okay, so this hadn't been her best idea to date!

"My hair!" she wailed, gathering soaked tendrils into her hands even as she stood knee deep in what was left of the snow.
