It seemed to Hakkai that it took nearly no time at all between when he wrote Gojyo a message through his PDA and when Gojyo arrived at his room. And it most definitely took no time at all after Gojyo was there that the other man had pulled him into a deep, desperate kiss. And Hakkai returned the kiss, tangling his hands into Gojyo's hair. Shifting his weight, he moved, bringing them closer together.

Gojyo smiled slightly into the kiss, moving right along with Hakkai until they somehow ended up with the brunette on his back on the bed and the redhead on top of him, arms braced on either side of his partner. When he finally ran out of oxygen, he lifted himself off of him, just far enough so that they could breathe in the air in the few inches between their faces.

"Hakkai..." he panted, staring down at the emerald eyes below him. One of which belonged to him, in a sense. Remembering exactly why he was there, and that it was not to make out with his best friend, Gojyo sat up. "I need to tell you something," he said, reaching behind his head to untie his eyepatch. Much to his chagrin however, the knot refused to be undone. What the hell...

Hakkai breathed deep to catch his breath as Gojyo pulled away. Looking up at him, Gojyo's expression seemed troubled, but determined. When Gojyo sat up, Hakkai sat up as well, leaving just a bit of space between them.

"Don't force it," he said, seeing Gojyo trying to unknot his eyepatch. "It'll just tangle worse." He paused, then, tentatively reaching a hand out, asked, "may I?"

Gojyo leaned forward, placing a chaste kiss on Hakkai's lips, and then nodded his head as he drew back. But first he took Hakkai's hands into his and kissed his fingers. "Don't be surprised," he warned, then placed them to the back of his head, where the knot that kept his eyepatch on was.
