Summary: Kurogane has decided Syaoran needs to know exactly what he is before something else happens.

Syaoran was not really pleased with what he had briefly heard from Elda, Kurogane and Mercury. Ying Fa, too, although she had been a bit more gentle. Not like Mercury, who rubbed it clearly in his face what he had done. Well, almost. She'd offered, but he'd refused to listen to her. But the damage had been done though he was unaware. He wanted an explanation. No, he was demanding it. He had to know what had happened to him. It was a strange experience. It was like having the memories of another person. For they were his memories, but he didn't remember them. If that made any sense.

He was dozing on his bed, unable to sleep but wanting to. Arm draped over his eyes, he was wondering what was to be discussed when someone knocked. Syaoran rolled off the bed and answered the door, not surprised to see Kurogane.

"Kurogane-san..."

"Hey kid." Kurogane said, his expression more grim than usual. "Anyone here?" He asked.

Syaoran shook his head. "No..." He replied quietly, stepping aside so that the other man could enter the room. "It's just me. I don't know where my roommates are right now."

"Lock the door." Kurogane said. "This conversation should be private and I don't want them interrupting." He added, walking inside.
