Fei Wong was in his room, examining the cuff. The storm seemed to have caused it to malfunction. Ah, very interesting. He leaned back on the couch thoughtfully. While it would allow his little puppet access to most of her powers, it also allowed Hiiragizawa the same advantage. They would have to move fast and gain the upper hand quickly.

He stopped very suddenly, sensing two familiar presences outside the room. And a strange power, drawing nearer. He was very curious now, but he didn't have to wait for long, because he soon heard a knock on the door. He pushed himself up, smiling.

"Yes?" He opened the door and found himself looking down at Kimi. Ah, so that's why. And... interesting, that power. She had it with her, somehow. "How may I help you, miss?"

Something was really off with the man who opened the door and she took a step back.

"U-Ummm . . . hello? I . . . ummm . . . did you . . . did you lose something . . . ?" she started.

He seemed rather friendly, but . . . she couldn't place it. Normally, she could and the instinct in her that usually screamed "RUN!!!! SPIRIT ALERT!!!" was ringing in her head.

The strange power, whatever it was, was calling out to him. He pretended that it wasn't bothering him, however. "Ah, yes, I did lose a few things when the storm struck," he tried to say as casually as he could. He smiled warmly at her. "What is it that you found?"

"Ummm . . . uhhh . . . a ring . . . " she started, clasping it to her chest.

Something was wrong. He . . . he was . . .

And something that sounded eerily like Ichihara-san's voice screamed in the back of her head "RUN! RUN NOW!"

Kimi obeyed, bowing quickly with an apology and attempting to flee down the hallway.
